The man page is simple.1 but it only tells about the options (and
there aren't many of those) - the file you really want to read is
simple.html

Sorry, there's no texinfo documentation and I don't intend to write
one as I'm not particularily fond of texinfo anyway.  Perhaps when the
STeX project is more advanced I'll write a documentation in STeX and
have a texinfo.simple mode for STeX.

The state of the art of the STeX project is in the stex subdirectory.
This is far from being completed yet so it's included more as a
curiosity than anything else.
